Shipping & Returns Policy
We produce all of our products on a made-to-order basis. All
prices are subject to change with out prior notice. A finance
charge of 15% per month will be applied to all overdue invoices.
All orders are subject to approval of buyer's credit, and are
subject to review and approval by Native Ink. All approved orders
shall be delivered to the best of our ability using USPS. But
in no event shall Native Ink be liable for failure to deliver
any portion of approved orders where failure to deliver is due
to circumstances beyond Native Ink's control (i.e. Lost Packages,
Stolen Merchandise, etc.). Returns are accepted for incorrect
shipments and defective merchandise only. A return authorization
number must be obtained prior to returning any goods.
All returns are subject to the approval by Native Ink.
